Utah State Boys' Gymnastics Championships

More than 160 young men from around the state competed at the Burns Arena on March 28-29 in the 2008 Utah State Boys Gymnastics Championships, hosted by Bare Foot Gymnastics Club of St. George.
Bare Foot Gymnastics Club has been training gymnasts of all ages in St. George for more than 13 years.

Each one of these young men competed at the State Championships. They are the Utah State Optional Team Champions. Each also qualified for the Region Championships held in Albuquerque, N.M., April 11-12, 2008. At Region, the gymnasts can qualify for the Junior Olympic National Gymnastics Championships, May 7 – 11, in Battle Creek, Mich.
Other gymnasts from St. George that competed in the State Championships include: Kyson Sullivan, Koby Sullivan, Jarom Hansen, Jagun Leavitt, Kashton Sullivan, Jake Tatton, Drew Hansen, Chaz Petersen, Talon Schick, Taje Fox, Nick Swindlehurst, Matthew Rudolph and Jameson Hansen, all from Champion Gymnastics in St. George; and Justin Cummings, Wade Bringhurst, Brady Stoddard, Ashton Nilssen, Hunter Hammer, Zackary McDonald, Zachary Cowdell, Ethan Quinlan, Conner Buehner, and Aksel Simmons, from Bare Foot Gymnastics in St. George.
