Bob and Ilene Holmes are celebrating 60 years together. They were married in Dalesburg, S.D, on April 4, 1948. The couple lived in California, Arizona, and Nevada, as they transferred with Hydro Conduit Corp. Bob retired to Utah after 30 years. Ilene has been his loyal support. They built a retirement cabin on Cedar Mountain. and bought a home in St. George. Bob and Ilene have always been involved in service to the Lord, and they attend Trinity Lutheran Church. They have two children and one grandchild: Rob, Amy, and Ben Holmes, of Phoenix, and Wayne and Sandra Goulden, of St. George. Instead of a party, Bob and Ilene will be celebrating at a Utah Jazz game.
