Taking the ‘High’ Way
Val Hunt was honored at an Employee Appreciation luncheon at Andrus Transportation Services, Inc. in March An award was presented to Hunt for being a safe, professional driver for 43 years, logging 3,840,030 accident-free miles on the road. Hunt was also commended for his loyalty, exceptional attitude, work performance and timeliness with his assigned loads. Hunt was presented with a plaque at the luncheon, congratulated by fellow employees, his wife, Mavis, four children and grandchildren. Hunt also received the State Diver of the Month from the Utah Trucking Association and is in the running for Utah’s Driver of the Year.
