NAMI, National Alliance on Mental Illness, of SW Utah, invites those with a mental illness (bipolar, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety or personality disorders, etc.) to attend a free 10-week series of classes called Bridges on Tuesdays at the Dixie Regional Medical Center River Road campus, Zion Conference Room (lower level), at 7 p.m. Class may be joined at any time. A separate free class for family members, called Family to Family, continues each Tuesday in the Red Mountain Conference Room at 7 p.m. Classes may be joined at any time.
