Elks Award Goes to Jackie Comeau    
Jackie Comeau, a member of St. George “Dixie” Elks Lodge #1743, recently received the 2007 Marvin M. Lewis Award for her service to Elks, community youth and the Scouting program. (Lewis was a past national president of Elks and gave strong support to the Boy Scouts of America program.) Comeau has been instrumental in support of Boy Scout Troop #0509, sponsored by the “Dixie” Lodge. She also has been involved in Huntsman World Senior Games, AARP Driver Safety Program, American Legion Auxiliary Unit 90 and as a Eucharistic Minister at St. George Catholic Church.
