The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Southwest Utah is holding free classes for those struggling with a mental illness, Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at the River Road Campus of Dixie Regional Medical Center. The 10-week class, called “Bridges,” will be held on Tuesdays, except the first Tuesday of the month. For more information, call Ruth at 688-9458.
