Richard Muller Jr.
Richard Muller Jr. passed away June 22, 2007, after a long battle with lung cancer. He was born Feb. 10, 1937, to Richard and Mary Muller, of Holualoa, Hawaii.
Richard is survived by his wife, Minerva Muller; his son, Curtis (Gardean) Muller; daughters Louann (Tony) Catano, Carrie Muller, and Nadine (Clay) Kala; brothers Joseph Muller and Vernon (Mercy) Muller; sister Laverne (Milton) Morikami; grandsons Kohlton Kala, Samson Kala, Colby Kala, and Sean Curtis Muller; granddaughters Porshea (Kevin) Dace, Lexi Catano, Sierra Muller, Isabel Muller and Kahiau Kala; and one great-granddaughter, Kela Dace. He is preceded in death by his parents; grandson Joey Kekoa Muller; and several brothers and sisters.
The family would like to thank Dixie Regional Medical Center, IHC, Dr. Joseph Te and his kind staff, Dr. Rignell and his kind staff, and the staff at Infusion Therapy, all of whom took wonderful care of him.
