Clifton Cade Matheson
Clifton Cade Matheson, 23, passed away on June 21, 2007. He was born on Sept. 19, 1983 to Doyle Kim and Margo Overson Matheson. Cade was a member of the LDS Church.
Cade was a graduate of Cedar High and attended Salt Lake Community College, where he received his certificate in small engine repair.
Cade enjoyed spending time on the mountain with friends, hunting, snowmobiling, riding motorbikes and four-wheelers. He also had a talent for repairing the toys he rode.
Cade continually amazed us and others with his ability to do anything and everything with only one arm.
Survivors include his parents of Cedar City; brothers Clay (Amy) Matheson of Beaver, Colin (Sarah) Matheson of Scottsdale; and sisters Stacy (Scott) Stubbs of Parowan; Kimberly (Wes) Baker of Stansbury Park; and Amber (Kyller) Bulloch of Mesquite. Also surviving are his grandparents Victor and Reva Matheson and Jay and Cathryn Overson of Cedar City. Cade had four nieces and eight nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Coby J. Matheson.
Services were Tuesday, June 26 at the Cedar 5th Ward Stake Center, 155 E. 400 South in Cedar City. Visitations were Monday, June 25 and Tuesday, June 26. Interment was in the Cedar City Cemetery. Online condolences can be sent at www.southernutahmortuary.com.
