Wedding Bells    
Toni Tobler and Soakimi Tuipulotu will be married July 7 in Oakland, Calif. The bride’s parents are Todd and Venice Tobler, of St. George. The groom’s parents are Benjamin and Fane Tuipulotu, of Oakland, Calif. A celebration in their honor will take place at the Social Hall, 47 East 200 North in St. George, July 28 from 2 to 4 pm. They will make their home in St. George.
