Eagle Award    
Charles Lofton Spurrier, of St. George, had his Eagle Scout Court of Honor June 27. He earned his Eagle Scout December 13, 2006. His Eagle Leadership Project was putting up a fence at the trailhead of Petroglyph Park in Santa Clara. Charles graduated from Snow Canyon High School with highest honors and will be attending Utah State University on a full scholarship this fall, where he will major in Aeronautical Engineering. He enjoys the outdoors and lives up to the Scout oath in all he does.
